If you are located in mainland France, nothing could be simpler:
You ordered with a customer account : In your customer account, go to your order and click on "Make a return" to start the procedure.
You ordered with a guest account : At the bottom of the page, head to the Customer Service section and select "Return my order". From this page, you can enter your order number (which can be found in your order confirmation email) and your email address. You will then be redirected to a page with your order details. Select "Make a return" to start the procedure.
We will pay the return delivery costs using a pre-paid label sent to you when your return is approved by our services. The return postage costs are free for up to one return per order You then have a period of fourteen (14) days from the sending of your return request to send the products.

Outside mainland France :

*The guarantee on our items does not apply in the event of total breakage. Handling (tightening/loosening) of these items should be carried out very carefully and as little as possible in order to avoid breakage. However, if you notice the slightest crack on the item, it is imperative that you let us know so that we can carry out a quality exchange before the item breaks completely.

Please note that if you do not return the Complete Product(s)* as defined below, undamaged and in new condition, the order will be deemed final and no refund will be given. All products are inspected on receipt in our warehouse.

We only accept returns for purchases made on the www.lesgeorgettes.com website. Similarly, Les Georgettes boutiques and retailers will not accept returns of products purchased on our website.

The price of the returned products will be reimbursed according to the payment method chosen when the order was placed, i.e. reimbursement to your bank card or Paypal account. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned product. In the case of an order paid for with a gift card, your return request must be made in the same way.
